(Effective from January 1, 2026)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in Pulse Pass classes and membership plans. By enrolling in any Pulse Pass program, members agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Pulse Pass memberships grant access to eligible classes during an active membership period.
Promotional or special rates (if applicable) are valid only with continuous, uninterrupted membership.
If a membership is interrupted and later reactivated, the applicable rate and terms will revert to those in effect at the time of reactivation.
Members may apply for a temporary membership holding option (if available) to maintain eligibility status while not attending classes.
Holding periods do not include class access or make-up classes and are non-refundable.
2. Class Access & Schedule
Members may attend eligible regular classes, including but not limited to:
- Stretching
- Light Fitness
- Resistance Band Training
- Breathing Classes
- Other approved movement programs
Class duration generally ranges from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on scheduling.
Monthly class schedules will be released on or around the 25th of each month.
Classes are not held on public holidays, unless otherwise announced.
3. Class Reservation
All classes require advance reservation through the Pulse Pass booking system.
Members must log in, select a class date and time, and submit the booking to confirm attendance.
Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to class capacity.
4. Cancellation & Attendance Policy
Members must cancel a booked class at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time to release the spot to other members.
Cancellation methods include:
- Online cancellation via the booking system
- Canada: 437-599-2678
Hong Kong: (852)5328-1632 - Email: support@pulsepass.fit
Failure to cancel within the required time frame, or failure to attend a booked class, will be recorded as a No-show.
If a member accumulates three (3) no-shows within a three-month period, booking privileges will be suspended for seven (7) days, starting from the date of the third no-show.
During the suspension period, members will be unable to make class reservations. Booking access will be automatically restored after the suspension period ends.
5. Payment, Renewal & Cancellation of Membership
Membership fees are charged via automatic recurring payment and will be deducted from the registered payment account at the beginning of each month.
If a member enrolls mid-month, the first month’s fee may be pro-rated based on the remaining days of that month.
Any pro-rated adjustment will be reflected as a credit or adjustment on the second month’s billing statement.
Pro-rated adjustments apply only to first-time enrollment.
All subsequent months will be charged at the full regular monthly membership fee.
To cancel a membership, members must submit written notice at least five (5) business days before the next billing date.
If no cancellation notice is received within the required timeframe, the membership will automatically renew.
6. No Refund Policy
All membership fees are non-refundable.
If a member fails to provide written notice at least five (5) business days before the next billing date, the upcoming monthly membership fee will not be refunded, regardless of class attendance or usage.
Once a membership fee has been charged for a billing cycle, it is considered final and non-refundable, including cases where the member does not attend any classes during that period.
Gift cards, prepaid passes, promotional credits, and holding fees purchased from Pulse Pass are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whether used in full or in part.
Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable local laws.

Class capacity is limited and managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pulse Pass reserves the right to adjust or modify:

- Memberships may not be transferred, shared, or lent to others.
- Any violation may result in immediate termination of membership privileges without refund.
9. Changes to Classes or Venues
