Class Description

Stretching

Relax first, then stretch — improve mobility and relieve body tension.

Our Stretching class goes beyond traditional stretching. The class begins with different myofascial release techniques to help relax tight muscles and soft tissues, followed by targeted stretching exercises to improve flexibility and joint mobility. These exercises can also help relieve everyday muscle tension and discomfort caused by daily activities.

The class includes a variety of standing, seated, and mat-based stretches targeting different areas of the body.

Suitable for: Anyone experiencing muscle tightness, prolonged sitting or standing, limited mobility, or those who want to improve overall movement through release and stretching.

Foodyfree®

Learn about food and nutrition while getting your body moving.

Foodyfree® is a unique class that combines nutrition concepts with exercise. Each class features a selected “Food Card.” Based on the food’s calories and key nutrients, a corresponding exercise program and workout combination is created.

While exercising, participants can gain a better understanding of the relationship between food, calories, nutrition, and physical activity. Different Food Cards create different workout combinations, making each class fun and varied.

Suitable for: Anyone who wants to become more physically active.

Yoga

Improve flexibility, balance, and body control through yoga.

This class combines a variety of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and body-control exercises. Through progressive practice, participants can improve flexibility, balance, stability, and overall coordination.

The instructor provides different exercise options based on individual ability, allowing participants to practise at their own level while gradually building a strong yoga foundation.

Suitable for: Yoga beginners and anyone looking to improve mobility and body control through yoga.

Intermediate Yoga

Build on your foundation and take your balance and body control to the next level.

Intermediate Yoga is designed for participants who already have basic yoga experience. The class introduces more challenging yoga poses, movement sequences, balance exercises, and body-control techniques to further develop flexibility, stability, coordination, and movement flow.

The class focuses on connecting movements with greater control and helping participants progress beyond the fundamentals.

Suitable for: Participants with basic yoga experience who are ready to progress and take on more challenging movements.

Rubber Band

Use resistance to build strength, stability, and body control.

The Rubber Band class uses resistance bands for a variety of full-body exercises. Adjustable resistance helps develop muscular strength, stability, coordination, and overall body control.

The class combines upper-body, lower-body, and full-body movements. Participants can choose an appropriate resistance level based on their ability and progress gradually.

Suitable for: Anyone looking to improve full-body strength, stability, and functional movement.

KDG – Knee Drive Glide®

Learn to run more efficiently by improving your running technique.

The KDG class is based on the Knee Drive Glide® running technique. Through running movement analysis and technique-based exercises, participants learn about key elements of running, including body position, knee drive, foot landing, propulsion, and movement coordination.

Rather than simply focusing on running farther or improving fitness, the class focuses on running mechanics and technique to help participants develop a more efficient and fluid running pattern.

Suitable for: Beginner runners, experienced runners, and anyone looking to improve their running movement and technique.

Zero to Run

Start from zero and gradually build your running ability.

Zero to Run is designed for people who have little or no running experience, are new to running, or want to start running again.

The class uses a gradual approach combining walking, basic running, running drills, and simple fitness exercises to develop the endurance, rhythm, and fundamental skills needed for running.

You do not need to be able to run far or fast when you begin. The focus is on starting at your own level, gradually building your running ability, and developing a consistent running habit.

Suitable for: Complete beginners, new runners, or anyone looking to rebuild a regular running routine.
