Please read the following rules before making a reservation:
- All classes must be booked in advance.
- If you need to cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the class to release your spot.
- If a member accumulates three (3) no-shows within a three-month period, booking privileges will be suspended for seven (7) days, starting from the date of the third no-show.
- Class spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early.
- Missed classes are considered forfeited and cannot be made up or carried forward to the next month.
- Classes are for personal use only and may not be transferred, shared, or attended on someone else’s behalf. Violations may result in loss of membership privileges.
- Due to possible instructor or venue changes, class times or formats (e.g., online classes) may be adjusted. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
- Please wear appropriate workout attire.
Light Fitness classes require clean indoor athletic shoes. Entry may be denied if requirements are not met. - No classes will be held on public holidays.
- Class reservations for the following month will open on the 25th of each month.
- A QR code will appear in the “My Booking” section 30 minutes before class for attendance check-in.
Members must present this QR code to the instructor for check-in.
Failure to check in will be recorded as a no-show. - To retain a discounted rate while pausing attendance for the month, members may choose to pay a monthly holding fee.
This fee is non-refundable and does not include any make-up classes.
