A: Unlimited. Your Pulse Pass monthly membership gives you access to all eligible classes.
Q3: How do I book or cancel a class?
A: Simply log in to the member portal to book or cancel classes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time.
Q4: What if I can’t attend a class?
A: No problem. As long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, there are no penalties.
Q5: What if I cancel less than 24 hours before or don’t show up?
A: The class will be marked as a no-show. No refunds or make-up classes apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.
Q6: Do I need to bring my own equipment?
A: No. Pulse Pass provides mats and resistance bands for in-studio classes.
Q7: Can I join if I have chronic pain or medical conditions?

Q9: What if I can’t attend classes for a whole month? Can I keep my rate?
A: Yes. Members on discounted or promotional plans may apply for a monthly holding option to retain their special rate while temporarily pausing class attendance. Holding fees are non-refundable and do not include class access.

A: Memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable. Family or add-on options may be available depending on location.
